Welcome to Outdoor Convergence.

My name is Terry Bitz and I am a freelance outdoor writer. My goal is to connect people with their outdoors by relaying my adventures (sometimes misadventures) of being out in the field.

My writing appears in the Kenosha News, where I write the Outdoor View column which appears every other week in the Sports pages.

My work also appears in various magazines including the excellent publication, On Wisconsin Outdoors.

My articles run the gamut from featuring well known fishing guides and charter captains, to highlighting the "Average Joe" who hunts and fishes on the weekend. I write about everything from controversial issues to showing the humorous side of the outdoors.
